Problem loading Google Drive

We use GMail/ Agenda/ Drive for our concern. On the official account, I am seeing a continuous - multi-day - situation where my Google Drive won't load when I indicate my browser to it unless I practise at least 1 refresh after getting to Drive and waiting for my list of folders and documents to show upwards.
In the hateful time, the following fault shows upon on the bottom left of my screen - "The server encountered an mistake. Please endeavour over again afterwards." - this has persisted for over two weeks when I restarted using Fiefox earlier this month. I do non get this error when using Chrome or Safari.
Today, I am too not able to see the user who final modified a document or a binder last, as you lot can see in the image below.
Delight tell me what I can do to fix this issue.

Give thanks y'all for your assist. No, there's goose egg blocked every bit yous can see in the attached screenshot here. Too, in that location's an alternate version of the fault bulletin on the lesser left. The upshot with loading user details persists. Likewise, when I hit the "+ New" button, I don't get to encounter whatsoever of the "file add" options - as you will see in the dropdown menu in the 2d attachment.

As well, just fyi, this is happening ONLY for Google Bulldoze, not for GMail or Google Calendar, etc. And I am on the latest version of Firefox - when I check for updates, information technology says I am on the latest version.
And, finally, Google Drive seems to be working fine on Chrome and Safari. I'm hoping I can get the Firefox event resolved.
Also, simply fyi, this is happening Simply for Google Drive, not for GMail or Google Calendar, etc. And I am on the latest version of Firefox - when I cheque for updates, it says I am on the latest version. Thanks for your support. I tried it just at present. Information technology did not make a difference unfortunately. Same error messages and aforementioned beliefs of the app. I tried restarting the browser every bit well.

But everyone once in a while i besides accept trouble going directly to a https site. To overcome this, i had to go to the www beginning.
So while i am non an expert Mozilla, i rationalize the issue as with some security document.
